For 30 years I have been a public servant; first as a Los Angeles Police officer, and now as your real estate agent.
No other agent knows the San Fernando Valley from the professional and personal perspectives that I do.
I am a graduate of Claremont McKenna College where I majored in political science. As a police officer I rose through the ranks, ultimately achieving the rank of captain. I was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, where I have lived all my life. I am the immediate past president of the Chatsworth/Porter Ranch Chamber of Commerce. I am the current president of the LAPD Devonshire PALS. By the way, feel free to contact me anytime about Devonshire PALS, or to see the Center in person!
I will bring to your real estate transaction the insights and aptitudes associated with being a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and the Southland Regional Association of Realtors. I am a voting member of the Southland Regional Association of Realtors' Grievance Committee, where allegations of real estate agent and real estate broker misconduct is reviewed. I am also on the Board of Directors of my Home owners Association.
First and foremost, I work for you. No other agent will work harder, with more enthusiasm, with more integrity, and with more commitment to your best interests than me.
Your life doesn’t stop because you are involved in a real estate transaction. I understand that. I will honor your confidentiality and privacy. I will handle the telephone calls, the showings, the contacts, and all of the myriad responsibilities involved in bringing your real estate transaction to a successful conclusion, minimizing the inconvenience to you and your family. Even after escrow closes, I will continue to serve you and your needs.
As a homeowner myself, I appreciate the needs and concerns you have regarding your real estate transaction. I have been there. And now I am here, for you.
